To initiate a return or exchange for Woody Walls wood wall panels and planks, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving the product.
The items must be unused and returned in their entirety (uncut). While it's acceptable if one of the boxes was opened, it must be resealed.
Exchanges are complimentary, excluding shipping fees to our warehouse, provided they are requested within the initial 30 days of receiving the product.
Should you opt for an exchange involving a higher-priced item, you will be responsible for covering the price difference.
For returns initiated more than 30 days after receiving the product, shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
