Our Brown barnwood planks with a natural brown color, crafted from 30-50-year-old barn wood, featuring authentic imperfections and a rich history, infuse a unique character into your space. Transform your space with the authentic charm of our Brown Barnwood planks, adding a touch of rustic elegance to any room.


Each barn wood plank is 46.5 in. by 5 in by 0.25 in., there are 12 wood planks per box with a total coverage area of 19.5 square feet. Our barnwood planks are made of pinewood and come in variety of finishes, adding more texture and character to your space.


Only basic DIY skills are required to cover a wall, or ceiling with our barn wood paneling. All our reclaimed wood planks for walls come with a comprehensive instruction manual, while you can also watch our YouTube video for the installation of Brown barnwood planks for added reassurance that it is very easy to install.


The beauty of our barn wood wall paneling is that you can cover any wall finish with it, rough or smooth, so long as it is clean and stable. The wood wall panels are great if you want to add warmth and texture to an otherwise bland and dull room. Whether creating a wood accent wall, a reclaimed wood wall or you just want to add some wall cladding, our Brown Wood Wall Paneling is perfect.


Here at Woody Walls our Brown barnwood planks comes from at least 25 years old reclaimed barn timber. This means the wood has not been made to look old, it is old. And with that comes its own minor ‘imperfections’, such as deep weathered grooving and also some splitting. The result is a totally natural and very authentic look.


All our barn wood wall paneling is eco-friendly. We pride ourselves on our commitment to the environment and we do our best to minimize the impact any of our products has on the environment.


Installation Guide


4’ level, Pencil, Construction Adhesive (i.e. Liquid Nails), Nail Gun or Regular Nails, Saw (Miter Saw, Jigsaw, or Fine Tooth Hand Saw), Dust Mask


Allow reclaimed wood panels to acclimate by placing them in the area you are installing for 48-72 hours.

WoodyWalls planks can be installed on variety of surfaces such as walls, backsplashes, ceilings and headboards.

Inspect panels thoroughly prior to installation. Avoid using any damaged boards to ensure proper alignment and to prevent any future problems -Use caution while working around wall outlets and light switches.

Keep your HVAC at 60-75ºF for a few days prior to installation as well as during and after installation.

Reclaimed wood panels can be installed around a code-approved fireplace as long as the surface you are applying panels to is not exposed to combustible materials.

DO NOT install as flooring.


WoodyWalls panels are made from real reclaimed wood, the use of dry cloth should be the primary method of cleaning.

Wall Décor such as mirrors, pictures, TV’s and shelves can be mounted by drilling THROUGH the boards and using industry standard techniques for installation on the underlying substrate


1. Clean the wall surface. Remove all debris, dust, grease, cover plates and protruding nails.

2. *Optional Step*- we recommend painting the surface in the same shade as planks prior to installation.

3. Use panels from different bundles to ensure even mix of colors.

4. Dry-lay panels before permanently installing to create your desired pattern.

5. Draw a reference line on the application surface.

6. Apply glue on the back of each panel. Use dry cloth to remove any excess of adhesive immediately after application.

7. Start applying the first row along the reference line.

8. Press panels into place and secure with nails.

9. Always use a dust mask to protect yourself from inhaling any debris from cutting wood panels.

10. Use sanding block to smooth the cut edges if needed

Before application, we have recommendations to help your process move along seamlessly:
Give your panels time to acclimate to the space where they will be installed, at least 48 hours.
It is important to ensure the application surface is dry and completely clean of dust and debris before you start to ensure proper adhesion.
Inspect your panels for any warping.
Do a dry run with your panels by laying them out in the order you would like them installed beforehand, so you never have to hunt for the right plank.

    I made a reclaimed wood plank theater wall. I used liquid nail and finishing nails; worked out great. Great product! all planks in package arrived in solid sheets and delivered on time. Super easy to cut in specific sizes. I hope this helps.

    Very impressed with this product. Boards were consistent and true to size so they installed nicely. Color is great and the texture and look of the wall is beautiful. They are thin boards but held together well. Recommend liquid nail and Brad nailer for ease of install. I also have a compound miter saw which helped speed up installation.
