To initiate a return or exchange for WoodyWalls wood wall panels or planks, please submit your request within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
- Products must be unused and returned in their original, uncut condition.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs to our warehouse.
Returns After 30 Days:
- A 15% restocking fee will apply, along with shipping costs.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Samples and accessories cannot be returned or exchanged.
Refund Process:
Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received and inspected. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Non-Cancelable Items:
- Special order and custom merchandise cannot be canceled after purchase.
